HARD COMMITMENT: Every defence drone in our portfolio is priced at or below USD 5,000 per unit (NPR 7.5L). At this price, Nepal Army can procure 200 units for the cost of a single imported European drone. Volume is our strategy. Domestic assembly is our moat.
Once type-certified by Nepal's Ministry of Defence, re-tendering to a foreign supplier requires Parliamentary approval. That is our competitive ceiling. Nepal Army annual tech budget: USD 35M — zero currently spent on domestically assembled AI drones.
